With that in mind, we have partnered with Kroll Fraud Solutions, the leading provider of identity theft and fraud investigation services, to introduce ID TheftSmart™ service to you. If you are ever a victim of identity theft, it can be a very time consuming and overwhelming process to repair the damage. As a victim, you can expect real solutions to help you restore your reputation.
ID TheftSmart™ Restoration is your answer if your identity is ever compromised. Licensed investigators will work on your behalf to restore and preserve your identity. If you ever become a victim of identity theft, you will receive full service identity restoration services including guidance on security and fraud related concerns.
If your identity is stolen, the licensed ID TheftSmart™ investigators will:
- Confirm identity fraud and determine its nature and scope
- Assist in obtaining a police report
- Provide a tri-merged credit report and perform full non-credit searches
- Work on your behalf until all identity theft issues have been verifiably resolved
- ​Place seven-year fraud victim statements with credit reporting agencies, when applicable
The price of the ID TheftSmart Restoration service is $2.50 per household/per month.

Current ID TheftSmart™ Members*
If you suspect you are a victim of identity theft, please contact us and an ID TheftSmart™ personal investigator will be assigned to you.
*Members may cancel the ID TheftSmart™ service at any time by notifying State Bank & Trust Co. in writing.
