    Report a Lost/Stolen Card

    If your ATM/debit card is lost or stolen

    Notify us immediately by calling our Customer Service Department (515) 382-2191.

    If the Bank is closed, call Shazam immediately at (800) 383-8000 and take the following options:

    • Press #1 for a lost or stolen card.
    • Press #1 for English; press #2 for Spanish.
    • Press #1 to report your card lost or stolen.

    A Shazam Representative will take your information, deactivate your card, and contact State Bank & Trust Co. the next business day.
